I run yoga and meditation classes for everyone, including people with disabilities, chronic pain, mental heath issues and injuries.
I run classes wherever I’m needed. From Disabled Centres to Gyms and 1-2-1 sessions.

I teach gentle Hatha Yoga to relax and strengthen muscles and joints. I use various styles and techniques including restorative yoga, chair yoga, pranayama (controlled breath exercises), relaxation and meditation for chronic pain relief, to reduce stress, and induce deep relaxation.
I have completed over 500 hours of study with the British Wheel of Yoga over the course of 4 years and hold their Diploma Level 4, and my background is in Tibetan Buddhism. I was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by the teachings of important masters from all Tibetan Buddhist Traditions.
I have experienced years of sciatica, a life time of fused vertebrae, scoliosis, a compressed fracture, muscle spasms, spinal degeneration, which led me towards an in depth study of back problems and what to do about them. I have learned how to manage pain and how to alleviate my back problems considerably with yoga. I would be delighted to help you too if you are ready to take that next step!

Relax into yourself – In this cyber age we are living in, we are liking, commenting and expressing our range of feelings via emoji. We are staring at our phones everywhere we go. Nowadays it’s as if time is speeding up. So many of us set ourselves the target of achieving an entire weeks worth of goals in a single day, often in an attempt to renew our sense of self-worth and boost our self-esteem, yet we often end up feeling like a failure for not having managed even a fraction of it.
In our culture today, doing nothing is seen as being lazy. Taking ‘me time’ or just time to relax is seen as being unproductive. It’s easy to become caught up in the ‘output’ of social media, prioritising how other people think we live rather than the way we are actually conducting ourselves… It’s an illusion really – a preoccupation that distracts us from actually being present.
This is precisely why Kids Yoga and Restorative Yoga are so important.
Kids Yoga is 60 mins of playful yoga. Kids Yoga enables kids to engage in a peaceful and supportive practice.
Children are under so much pressure these days, it’s not rare to see stress, anxiety and a wide array of mental health issues in children of primary school age. Yoga can help to reset these imbalances and nurture playfulness and joy, away from screens & distractions.
Restorative Yoga is your ‘Me Time’. Your Time Out. 1h15 of just being. Breathing. Gentle nurturing. Stretching where it feels good. Opening up. Relaxing.
Restorative Yoga can provide us with the time we need to disconnect from the stress and unrelenting chaos of daily life. It can initiate a cycle of healing on every level. It can help to repair & refill the tank which always seems to be running on empty… It can help us connect with nature – our inner nature.

I work for individuals, groups, charities, work places, organisations…
My Yoga for backs classes are for people suffering from back injuries or who just want to strengthen their back, this course aims at helping YOU developing your own self-care routine, using props, breathing techniques and relaxation while getting a good stretch.
I can teach general Hatha Yoga, but I am also specialised in yoga for injuries and I can modify postures to accommodate your personal situation, wether you are recovering from an operation, a sport injury, pregnancy or illness.
I charge £40 per private tuition – I’m happy to teach 1 on 1 or with a small group.
I can come to you if you live in a 10 miles radius of East Grinstead – Please contact me if you would rather come to me.
One to one classes are often taught in a home environment, where the student feel comfortable, safe and have all the pillows, blankets and bolsters they may need – and you don’t have to drive home afterwards, you can just enjoy being relaxed without having to go anywhere!
I can teach Restorative yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for backs and Yoga for people recovering from illness or injuries as 1 to 1.
I love working with small groups so that I can give everyone my full attention. I can come over to your home – or your work place – and have a 1-2-1 session with you. You could also invite a few friends to join in, to share the cost.
The benefits of a one-to-one class is that the program is tailored to meet your individual needs and where you are at in your life right now, in the comfort of your own home or in your work place.
The class lasts 1h30, but I can also make it shorter to accommodate lunch breaks.
