My workshops are about the profoundly important messages we can receive when we focus with our hearts. Through cultivating the heart as an organ of perception, we can develop our ability to listen to and communicate with one another as well as our natural environment – plants and animals included.
During my workshops, I invite you to explore telepathic communication in a supported, safe and playful way through meditation, exercises, creativity and practice.
There will be plenty of space and time for individual/group practice, discussions and questions.
We will also talk about the potential obstacles that one may experience when communicating with animals (wild and domesticated).
I do prefer to work with small groups (15 participants max) to make sure that everyone gets enough time and support.
Animal Communication & Storytelling workshops at Emerson College hosted by Noémie and Ashley.
For centuries the wisdom of animals has been passed down to us through stories. In fables, folk and wonder tales, mythology and legend they have accompanied us as teachers, tricksters and loyal companions. They have also borne the burden of many of our projections and failings and rarely had a voice of their own.
But times are changing and there is now a growing body of animal communicators who can truly hear what animals have been waiting to tell us and what they have to reveal is often deeply moving. Abandonment, abuse and unmet needs are among many recurrent themes but there are also instances of unbridled joy. In short, their stories are our stories and developing the capacity to communicate with them is a skill anyone can learn.
These four days will develop in you a trust that you can communicate with animals, that listening to your intuition is a capacity you can train and refine and that there are ways of testing the veracity of this work. You will also hear many animal stories drawn from the oral tradition and take away some practical storytelling skills so you in your own way can become a voice for our animal companions.
I met Ashley a few years ago, during one of my ‘How to Communicate with Dogs’ workshop. I was very honoured when he asked me if I would like to run an Animal Communication workshop with him! I love the idea of combining Animal Communication and Storytelling, this is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
“Once upon a time” is when it all begins… the moment when we shift our perception, the mind opens itself and anything is possible!

~ Sarah, UK.
“This course in Animal Communication is a wonderful introduction to a skill we all have but don’t know it! With gentle guidance through meditation Noémie encourages us to trust the perceptions of our hearts to hear what animal have to tell us. In opening our hearts we hear the messages and images that animals (living and dead) have for us and find the words that can express them. We can also tell them how precious they are to us.
Complementing this work, Ashley told us moving animal stories from around the world -stories which are also our stories and in which we could feel our close connection with fictive animals as well as with those in ‘ordinary reality’.
~ Natasha, UK.
“A lovely day. Very clear guidance that helped me feel more confident. Nice to be in a small group and ask anything we needed to. Very supportive and interesting. And beautiful cows! A peaceful, healing experience. Thank you Noémie!”
~ Anna Fraser, Scientific Officer within the Farm Animals Department at the RSPCA.
“Four days of developing your intuition and other senses that we all use but don’t usually recognise or honour. A much needed resource. Thank you.”
Noémie walked out of a successful career as a freelance photographer in France and moved to London to work full-time for the largest Animal Rights organisation in the world.
After coordinating campaigns and demos all across Europe, she gave birth to her son and relocated to Sussex.
As far as she can remember she always had the ability to communicate with animals telepathically. She deepened her skills with a herd of 40 cows and their farmer, who was very open to animal communication. On the cow’s request, she started to run well attended workshops, starting with the cows first and then later with dogs.
She put her Animal Communication work on hold for a few years to take on a 500h+ yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga. She wanted to explore and deepen her psychic abilities through the practice of yoga, learning techniques that have been used in yogic traditions for millennia.
After successfully completing her training she is now a fully qualified yoga teacher and is running Animal Communication workshops again. www.focalheart.com
