On Wednesday morning, I decanted some of the miso I made two years ago, to give a jar to my friend Barbara for her birthday. It tastes incredibly good!
This morning I made the most incredible porridge I have ever made, using what’s happened in the kitchen this week: oatmeal soaked overnight in miso soup and nettle infusion! I added some amazake, some tahini and some rice syrup and it was the best porridge I have ever had, I had it after my nettle infusion, it was glorious!
